Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of The Hacking AI web application and its TikTok integration. During private testing, access is limited to the operator and specifically authorized testers.
1. Service
The service supports research, human review and transfer of educational AI agent security videos to an authorized TikTok account. Available actions may include TikTok Login, basic profile display, upload to the TikTok inbox as a draft and direct publication after explicit confirmation.
2. Authorization and account responsibility
You must use a TikTok account you are authorized to control, protect access to your account and immediately revoke access if you suspect compromise. You authorize only the permissions shown during TikTok's OAuth flow. You may revoke access through TikTok account settings.
3. Human control and content responsibility
You remain responsible for reviewing each video, caption, source, privacy setting and publishing choice. The service must not be treated as authority to publish without your knowledge. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, non-infringing and compliant with TikTok's terms, policies and Community Guidelines.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to publish malware, credential theft, operational exploitation instructions intended to facilitate abuse, harassment, illegal content, deceptive impersonation, spam, copyright-infringing material or content that violates TikTok rules. You may not bypass authorization, rate limits, security controls, review gates or platform restrictions.
5. TikTok services
TikTok is an independent third-party service. TikTok Login and Content Posting API functionality are subject to TikTok's own terms, developer policies, availability, audits and limits. The Hacking AI is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok unless expressly stated by TikTok.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully provide. You grant the service a limited permission to process and transfer that content only to perform the action you select. The Hacking AI name, site design and original materials may not be copied or misrepresented.
7. Availability and disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during testing. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or accepted by TikTok. Educational security content is general information, not legal advice or a substitute for a professional security assessment.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, policy violations, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service. You may stop using the service and revoke TikTok authorization at any time.
9. Limitation and applicable law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party platform decisions, unauthorized account activity caused by a user's failure to protect access, or content published contrary to these Terms. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by mandatory rules relevant to the user and operator.
10. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the service or TikTok requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Questions may be sent by direct message to @thehackingai on TikTok.
