3. Publish explicitly
Only after the required declaration and an explicit click is the video transferred and posted. Processing status is shown on this page.
TikTok permissions

- user.info.basic: displays the authorized account's OpenID, display name and avatar for confirmation.
- video.publish: retrieves current creator posting controls and directly posts the reviewed video with the creator-selected metadata.
The integration does not publish on a schedule or without the creator's explicit confirmation on the review page.

The user chooses the video and confirms each upload. The service does not sell personal information or silently transfer content.
